EXCEl Management Consulting was founded in 1995 by Stephen O. Hancox to assist organizations to become more successful through a comprehensive and strategic market focus. Often introduced to clients through their banker, attorney, accountant or financial planner, Excel develops a close working relationship with the senior management team to create strategic direction, tangible outcomes and results. Results have been outstanding, and include successful family transitions, improved organizational effectiveness, important marketing achievements and other significant profit and wealth building successes. With a management career that began at Procter & Gamble, followed by the turnaround and subsequent rapid growth of a privately held company, Hancox brings more than twenty years of experience in general management, finance, sales, and operations. A graduate of Wittenberg University (cum Laude) with an MBA from Xavier University, Mr. Hancox is a consultant with The Xavier University Consulting Group. Steve also teaches Economics at Xavier University for both the graduate and undergraduate degree programs.
